Vision & Values
Our first clinic opened its doors in Blackpool in 2007, when our Lead Implant Surgeon and CEO Dr. Zuber Bagasi won the NHS contract for the area as a newly qualified dental graduate.
Our ambition was simple: offer high quality dental care at an affordable price, ensuring our services can reach as many patients as possible.

OUR VALUES
It has been almost 20 years since our first practice opened. We now run 17 practices across the UK and employ a team of over 300 staff, from dental professionals based in our practices, to Governance Managers and Trainers who work hard behind the scenes in our local headquarters to keep everything running smoothly.
Our post-graduate training school, SynTrain International Academy, attracts delegates and teachers from across the globe to learn and teach with us. We run nearly 20 different courses, available to learn online and in person, and have partnerships with internationally recognised universities as well as some of the top names in dentistry.
As a company, we’ve experienced unprecedented growth. The Synergy name has evolved from just one clinic in Blackpool, to several clinics spread across the North West and the Midlands, but our core principals have always remained the same.
As a social enterprise, we believe in putting people and planet over profit. We know our patients by their names, we support other local businesses, and we care about what’s happening in our community.
No matter where our story takes us, we will always put our patients first, prioritising your care.
OUR PROMISES TO YOU
Meet Our CEO
We spent a long time thinking of ways to describe our CEO, Dr. Zuber Bagasi. The story of a self-made entrepreneur from Bolton who went from one practice in Blackpool, one of the most dentally deprived areas in the UK, to heading up 17 practices across the North-West and the Midlands…
Who better to tell you his story than the very man himself?
